Spaces to Rent

Salamanca Arts Centre rents out 75 tenant spaces to individual artists, non-profit and commercial arts organisations, and retail outlets. Rent is charged at three levels - commercial rates, non-profit organisation rates (subsidised) and individual artist’s rates (these receive the greatest subsidy).

Artist studios are located on the upper floors throughout the Arts Centre. If you are interested in renting a studio, office space or ground floor shop, please email sacinc@salarts.org.au for more information.
