Hiring Information
Exhibitions or events held in the Sidespace Gallery are regarded as 'co-presentations' of the exhibitor and SAC Inc, and conditions apply.
SAC Inc provides the following:
- Venue hire at a rate of $220 per week or $55 per day
- Assistance with promotion
- Public Liability Insurance
The Exhibitor is responsible for:
- curating and staffing the exhibition
- including the SAC Inc logo on all promotional material and acknowledging our support at all related opportunities (Download SAC Inc logo)
- inviting SAC Inc members to the exhibition
- providing invitations, posters, fliers, etc.
No entrance fee is permitted, but placement of a SAC Inc donation box may be requested.
GALLERY SPECIFICATIONS
Place of Assembly (not including foyer): licensed to 50
Access: Stairs to Gallery
Equipment: Track lighting, flexible gallery screens, plinths, tools, ladder
Power: 1 x 15 AMP - 3 phase power outlet plus multiple 240 volt power outlets
Rental includes: Up to 2 hours of technician's time to assist with lighting (Monday to Friday, additional charge applies on weekends); cleaning prior to hire and weekly maintenance for duration; plinths and screens. Extra staff time and cleaning is available at an additional cost. Phone calls and photocopying are charged at cost.
