RATES OF HIRE
Non-profit and educational institutions, presenting arts activities:
Bump-in and set-up 
$110 per day
$500 per week

Performances and events
$250 per day
$990 per week

Commercial and Government departments:
Bump-in and set-up
$250 per day
$750 per week

Performances and events
$385 per day
$1100 per week

Rehearsals / Workshops / Exhibitions
$110 per day
$385 per week

ALL PRICES ARE GST INCLUSIVE

Electricity: An additional electricity charge will be applied if heaters and more than 'working' lights are used, i.e. theatre lighting.

Theatre lighting: the average cost of using the Theatre's lights can vary between $155 to $330 per week of hire.  There is an additional surcharge for lamp replacement.

Heating: the heaters cost approximately $5.50 per hour to use.

Technical support 
The Venues Co-ordinator will familiarise hirers with the venue and venue operation.  Tech time in addition to this will be charged to the hirer at the award rate plus 20%. Rental includes cleaning prior to hire and once per week during hire. Extra staff time and cleaning is available at an additional cost. Phone calls and photocopying are charged at cost.
