The workshop will provide opportunity to discuss case studies, project concepts, and the key issues around terminology and philosophy when defining the nature of hybrid practice. Participating artists will be also offered the opportunity to be mentored and participate in a follow up workshop to develop their hybrid creative practice.

Salamanca Arts Centre presents InFuse

Initiative of the Australia Council’s Inter-Arts Board

InFuse is a forum and workshop for artists working in hybrid or cross/inter-disciplinary practice drawing on visual, performance, music, new media and/or writing practices. The program will be led by RealTime co-editor Keith Gallasch, with curator and writer Sean Kelly, and artists Barbara Campbell and Hellen Sky. InFuse encourages open debate and critical discussion of contemporary hybrid practice.
