IMAGES of TASMANIA exhibitions aim to expand public appreciation of the individual artist's practice, concepts and style by presenting significant, coherent bodies of work. This allows artists and the viewing public a different opportunity than exists with representation of only one or two works in other group exhibitions because it effectively comprises a series of mini exhibitions. Invitees range from artists with longstanding practices to younger practitioners, including current post-graduates and newly graduated students from UTAS School of Art. Including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, collage, photography, digital prints, ceramics, glass fabrication, furniture, and jewellery.
