Move over Nigella, celebrity chef Pippa Corelli
is coming to the Peacock Theatre this November!

Before there was Heston, there was Pippa Corelli – mistress of edible architecture and master of the gastronomic visual feast! But now Pippa’s true identity threatens to be consumed by her fantastical indulgence in her own celebrity.

Hungry For You is a satirical, comedic and poignant new work of hybrid theatre that draws from bunraku (traditional Japanese puppetry) and blends live cooking, shadow puppetry and projection.

Theatre practitioners Kirsty Grierson, Mel King and Melinda Mills-Hope, create a devastating journey of twenty-first century celebrity culture, exploring our obsession with food and hunger, and what happens when the pots, pans and knives come crashing down around us.

Hungry For You is a dark tale of gastronomic proportions where food, obsession and ambition collide.
