Learn intricate hand and foot movements
of Kuchipudi Dance
with Vaishnavi Chetlapalli!
This workshop is an introduction to kuchipudi dance. Over the 90 minute session, Vaishnavi will walk you through basic steps and the intricate hand and foot movements that are characteristic of this dance form. The workshop will end with bhamakalapam – a demonstration of kuchipudi dance.
What to bring:
Drink bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
For all ages 58+
Young people MUST be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the session.

Vaishnavi Chetlapalli
Vaishnavi is a first class, senior kuchipudi dancer who studied at Telugu University in India. She is a dancer of international standard who has also participated in the world’s largest kuchipdui convention.
