Supervision & Drop Off / Collection : Can Parents or Guardians come in?
All young people will be supervised by Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) staff and Facilitating Artists, all of whom posses either Working With Vulnerable Children checks or Teaching qualifications. SAC is committed to the safety and well-being of all young people, with no tolerance to any form of discrimination.
All young people will need to be signed in by a Parent / Guardians at the Founders Room entrance upon arrival and signed out at 8:00pm. Once a guest is dropped off, there will be no check outs unless signed out earlier by a designated Parent / Guardian.
What food & drink is available?
There will be some free snacks on the night and a water station will be easily accessible in the venue.
Do I need to bring anything?
Not really. All large bags and backpacks will need to be left safely with the staff at the front entrance of the Founders Room, where you will be given a number to match your bag.
What to Wear?
Whatever you choose!
There will be lots of dancing, so something comfortable to move in is favourable.

We will have a room within the Founders Room if you need a break or chill time. Please see SAC staff if you feel uneasy or have any questions.
